Sarsha T. says: I joined in on a 2 x 2 hour group session at a friends house in early May 2013 covering all the basics for ipads and iphones. It was very relaxed and no question was too silly. The pace was steady and gave time to try out the new tips. Also, had a one on one to run through a few issues I was having with iphoto on my mac and these issues were clearly explained and sorted! Too easy! Lynette is friendly, personable and professional. I highly recommend.

Computer resurrection when all hope was lost! (27/3/14)
Gillian S says: After a nightmare two months of seriously perturbing computer problems, I had come inches from being on an assault charge with frustration in the middle of the computer store! The tedium of reading the endless blogs to no avail, then making on-line appointments, lugging the 27 inch screen from the furtherest possible car park into a shopping centre, then the hours of ineffectual help on more than four different occasions …need I go on??
All this could have been saved, by simply ringing Lynette! She came, she smiled, she resurrected my computer when I had lost all hope of getting anyone competent, she followed up days later to check all was well, she saved me hundreds of dollars !
When I do purchase my next computer, (no longer an urgent purchase due to Lynette's help) I will definitely be seeking her help to install and set up my new system.

Her knowledge of Apple products and shortcuts was amazing and the 4 members of the family all got something out of her recommendations. Lynette stayed for 2 hours and will return when I have purchased some small but necessary additions to our technology needs. She will assist in set up of external hard drives, printers and provide advice on use of ipad for o/s travel/communication needs and more efficient use of our ipads for everyday tasks....Cant wait!

Help with high-tech machinery! (21/3/13)
Tim J says: We recently installed high tech computer equipment to run our fruit grading machine, which included camera technology to sort out and remove defect cherries. This was completely new technology for our business and Lynette was instrumental in setting up various processes to assist us with maximising the benefits this equipment offers. As an example, her linking of our iPad to the main computer (and subsequent teaching) allowed us to make important changes to production quickly and easily from the factory floor. A lovely social way of learning! (21/3/13)
Chris C says: I received an iPad for Christmas and had no idea of many of its uses until I attended these classes. The sessions were so informative, and the atmosphere was totally unthreatening - I never felt that any of my questions were "too basic". Having sessions with a group of friends was a lovely social way of learning all about what I could use my iPad for. I'm now totally addicted to it, and my kids don't laugh at my lack of IT skills anymore!
Keeping up with the kids and technology (20/3/13)

After a few sessions at IT & Coffee I not only understood how to use my i-phone with all it had to offer, I didn't feel silly not knowing! For me, this is a relaxed way to keep up with the kids and technology.

iPads in schools (3/3/13)

It was great to have an expert show us all things about the iPad many of us did not understand. Now equipped with this knowledge we can move confidently into selecting apps and using this amazing technology in our classrooms.
Many of us have iPhones and have done lots of playing with technology- but your presentation helped us understand the possibilities. If only more schools knew you were there to help. I shall recommend you to everyone I know.
iPad resuscitation (21/2/2013)
Anna says: I call it "IT life support!" I was so relieved to get the right advice and help setting up an IPAD for my son's school. Navigating the issues of syncing a new device, setting up a separate icloud and apple account and general troubleshooting was a breeze with Lynette's help. And, I had a very happy 11 year old boy by the end of the session. Now that I have seen the expertise, I have booked in Lynette again to iron out some MAC issues on the home computer. Awesome!
