Handy Hint 65  - "My Safari uses Yahoo (or Bing) - how can I make it use Google?"

Many people prefer to use Google as their internet search engine, but find that their Safari is using either Yahoo or Bing instead!  How do you tell Safari to use Google - on your iPad/iPhone, and on your Mac?
