This question comes up at every iTandCoffee class about Safari.
What are those squares that appear when you tap the 'Search or Website Address' bar at the top of the Safari screen on you iPad or iPhone (or even on your Mac).
Well, these are your 'Favourite' websites.
If you see the set that are shown on in the image here, you may think "They are not my favourites!".
Apple has given you a set of 'favourites' to get you started, but you have full control over the set of websites that appear here.
You can remove the Apple-provided set, and add you own. For example, your internet banking site, The Age website (or your favourite newspaper), perhaps the Bureau of Meteorology website, Facebook, Pinterest, or whatever other sites you tend to visit frequently.
It is really easy now to define your Favourite websites, and to delete, rename or rearrange the websites that appear in your set of Favourites.
