Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy
Class payments, non-attendance and cancellations
Payment for class bookings must received by iTandCoffee by 7 days prior to the class or, in the case of a class series, 7 days prior to the first class in the series. This advance payment is necessary so that we can ensure we have a minimum number of confirmed attendees for any class or class series that we schedule. Our classes require a minimum of 5 people to proceed.
If your payment is not received by 7 days prior, your place at the class is not guaranteed.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you are unable to attend any class or class series for which you have booked and paid, and you notify us that you are unable to attend more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time for the individual class or the first class of the class series, any amount already paid will be converted into a gift voucher** that can then be used to purchase future classes, appointments, videos or other iTandCoffee products and services. This voucher must be used within 3 months of its issue.
Cancellations received within 48 hours* of the class series (or individual class) start date and time, or non-attendance at any class for which you have booked, will be charged at the full cost of that class. For such cancellations, if payment has not been received in advance, iTandCoffee will remit an invoice for payment of the amount due. (Note. Exceptions may apply in certain circumstances - please contact iTandCoffee to discuss.)
If a class for which you have paid does not proceed, you will be given the option of re-booking for another class or appointment, receiving a gift voucher for the amount that you have paid, or receiving a full refund.
* Two business days. For example, cancellation on a Friday for a Monday class falls within 48 hours of the class commencement.
** A $10 administration fee will be deducted from the gift voucher amount for each class that is cancelled.
If you are unable to attend an appointment for which you have paid and you cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment, the amount paid will be converted into a gift voucher that can then be used to for any iTandCoffee service. This voucher must be used within 3 months of its issue.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours* of the scheduled appointment date and time will be charged at the full cost of the booked appointment. If payment has not been received in advance, an invoice will be remitted for the amount due for the cancelled appointment. (Note. Exceptions may apply in certain circumstances - please contact iTandCoffee to discuss.)
If iTandCoffee cancels the appointment for which you have already paid, you will be offered an alternative appointment, a gift voucher or a full refund.
* One business day. For example, cancellation on a Friday afternoon for a Monday morning appointment falls within 24 hours of the appointment

For video purchases, refunds will only be processed in cases where there is proof that the video will not play on your computer or device.
For purchase of PDF guides, refunds will only be processed in case where there is proof that the purchased guide could not be downloaded.
For purchase of hardcopy guides, returns made direct to the iTandCoffee Shop at 34 High St Glen Iris will be refunded at the full cost of the guide, as long as this return is within 7 days of purchase and the guide is in 'as new' condition.
No refunds or returns will be accepted for gift voucher purchases. All gift vouchers must be used within 6 months of their purchase (unless a different expiry period is specifically described on the gift voucher). Any extension to this expiry date will be at the discretion of iTandCoffee.

Once you have completed payment for a product on the iTandCoffee website, you will receive an email confirming your order.
- For video orders, you will receive an email confirming your how to access your purchased video/s.
- For PDF versions of guides, you will receive some links to complete the download of the purchased guide/s.
- For purchased hard-copy guides for which postage is also paid, your order will be mailed within 24 business hours your order placement. Delivery will be by Australia Post, and will be according to the postage option that was chosen as part of the order placement process (Parcel Post or Express Post).
- For gift vouchers, you will receive your ordered voucher by email.
