Please consider our Remote Support option and SAVE
We encourage all clients to consider the Remote Support option. This option works incredibly well - where we can talk face-to-face on screen, demonstrate to you, and provide direct support using a secure remote support tool - on computers AND on mobile devices.

In the majority of cases, this is far more effective that an in-person appointment and will continue to be the preferred form of support and training wherever possible.

The 'in person' option is also available where remote support is not possible - either due to the client's skillset, or the type of problem/training required. A $20 surcharge applies to 'in person' appointments at iTandCoffee. A travel surcharge applies for appointments at locations other than iTandCoffee.

Further information about rates and surcharges

• Out-of-hours surcharge: A $45 surcharge on the first hour, then $20/hour after that applies to appointments after 6:30pm weekdays, and on weekends or public holidays​.  (This 'out-of-hours' surcharge is in addition other surcharges and may be waived in some cases. Ask us!)
• ​'At your Location' and 'In Person' Surcharges apply to the first hour only - then the base (remote/online) rates apply for the second and subsequent hours.  Minimum time charged for 'away' bookings is 30 mins.
• Part hours are charged at $35 per 15 minute (or part thereof).
• Contact iTandCoffee for a quote for distances greater than 20km from iTandCoffee or to clarify appointment cost/surcharges - call 1300 885 420 or email [email protected].
• Seniors Card discount not available in conjunction with appointment packages or any other discounts.
• Members discounts not available in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.

Classes

30-Pricing may vary for different classes, so refer to the specific class for actual pricing. Below are the standard prices for classes:

For online classes, the cost per person varies 

• $15-$40 per person for one hour class 
• $35-$50 per person for two hour class​

Classes for your Business/Organisation/Group

• Online classes for business and community groups start at $550 for 1 hour (remote) - ask iTandCoffee for a quote.
• Travel surcharge applies to distances greater than 5km from iTandCoffee - ask iTandCoffee for a quote.
• Talk to iTandCoffee for more information about such classes and for pricing that is applicable to the topic of your choice.

Discounts:

​Discounts may also apply for classes organised for your own group, especially larger groups. If we come to you, an extra charge may apply, depending on your location and the number of people attending - just ask us for a quote.

Appointment Surcharges

'At iTandCoffee' Surcharge: A $20 surcharge applies to in person appointments at iTandCoffee.

Out-of-hours surcharge: A $45 surcharge on the first hour, then $20/hour after that applies to appointments after 6:30pm weekdays, and on weekends or public holidays​.  (This 'out-of-hours' surcharge is in addition other surcharges described here and may be waived in certain cases. Speak to us about this.)

Travel/in-home appointment surcharges:  As described above, a travel/in-home Surcharge applies on the first hour of in-home (or other location) appointments.  If you would like to confirm the surcharge applicable to your appointment, please discuss this with iTandCoffee when you book.

Credit Card Surcharge:  A 2% surcharge may apply for credit card transactions processed on the day of the appointment.  Payments by cash, EFT or online in advance avoid this surcharge.
