  • Free review and advice about suspicious emails and texts (simply forward or screenshot/send the suspect message and iTandCoffee will provide advice by return text/email)

Regular Free Sessions
Basic, Plus and Premium memberships include attendance at monthly User Group and any advertised 'Club' sessions, as advertised in the iTandCoffee calendar. Limit of 3 sessions for Basic members. Unlimited for Plus and Premium members.
Phone, Email, Remote Assistance
iTandCoffee Club Free Support (available to Plus and Premium members) is designed to address your 'quick queries' or issues that probably have a relatively quick solution - not for more complex issues/support requirements, which require a standard appointment. 

​iTandCoffee Club Free Support is support is offered remotely only.

Bookings are required to reserve a time for the required assistance, whether by Zoom, phone, email, messaging app.  Maximums apply based on levels of membership (3 for Plus, 10 for Premium members).  

Free Support appointments are for up to 15 minutes only. After 15 mins, charge is $35 per 15 minutes or part thereof. Support allowance cannot be combined into a longer 'appointment' (although this may, at times, be allowed at the discretion of iTandCoffee).
