What is the cost?

Our appointments are priced according to the time you need, whether your appointment is a remote appointment, or whether you need 'in person' assistance (and where). We are in Camberwell, Victoria - so 'at you place' appointments are limited to an area within about 5-10km of Camberwell and our travel time/cost is charged as part the the hourly rate.

Information about appointment bookings


For online appointment bookings, select the appointment length required.  You will then be asked to select a date and time, and provide name, contact and address information.  We will then provide you with a confirmation of your appointment, which will include details of the estimate appointment cost (based on the duration you have booked). Refer to the Prices and Surcharges option below for details of pricing.
