Cancellations, Returns and Refunds Policy |
Class payments, non-attendance and cancellations
Payment for class bookings must received by iTandCoffee by 7 days prior to the class or, in the case of a class series, 7 days prior to the first class in the series. This advance payment is necessary so that we can ensure we have a minimum number of confirmed attendees for any class or class series that we schedule. Our classes require a minimum of 5 people to proceed.
If your payment is not received by 7 days prior, your place may be forfeited.
As a rule, no refunds apply for classes - but you will still received any recording that is produced for the class, so that you can watch it in your own time. In exceptional cases, we may consider a refund if a client needs to cancel - if class numbers allow, and depending on the circumstances surrounding the request for cancellation.
If a class for which you have paid does not proceed, you will be given the option of re-booking for another class or appointment, receiving a gift voucher for the amount that you have paid, or receiving a full refund.
If the class has any Coupon Code/s applicable to it, there are no refunds offered if the applicable Coupon Code is not used. Any problems with Coupon Codes should be notified to iTandCoffee at [email protected].
Private Appointments
If you are unable to attend an appointment for which you have paid and you cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment, the amount paid will be converted into a gift voucher that can then be used to for any iTandCoffee service. This voucher must be used within 12 months of its issue. A refund may be offered in certain circumstances - please discuss this with us.
Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled within 24 business hours* of the scheduled appointment date and time are deemed to be 'late cancellations' and will be charged at the full cost of the booked appointment. This is due to the fact that it is unlikely that iTandCoffee will fill that appointment time slot at such a late stage.
If payment has not been received in advance for a late cancellation, an invoice will be remitted for the amount due for the cancelled appointment. (Note. Exceptions may apply in certain circumstances - please contact iTandCoffee to discuss if you need to cancel late.) If the late cancellation was for was a 'free support' appointment (for Plus or Premium iTandCoffee Club members), the appointment will be considered to have taken place and will count as a used appointment for that person's free allowance.
If iTandCoffee cancels the appointment for which you have already paid, you will be offered an alternative appointment, a gift voucher or a full refund for any prior payment (as long as the cancellation is not a 'late cancellation').
* For example, cancellation on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend for a Monday morning appointment falls within 24 business hours of the appointment
** A $10 administration fee will be deducted from the gift voucher amount.
Videos
For video purchases, refunds will only be processed in cases where there is proof that the video will not play on your computer or device.
Guides
For purchase of PDF guides, refunds will only be processed in case where there is proof that the purchased guide could not be downloaded.
For purchase of hardcopy guides, returns made direct to the iTandCoffee at 27 Sycamore Street, Camberwell will be refunded at the full cost of the guide, as long as a valid reason is given for the return, the return is within 7 days of purchase, and the guide is in 'as new' condition.
Gift Vouchers
No refunds or returns will be accepted for gift voucher purchases. All gift vouchers must be used within 12 months months of their purchase (unless a different expiry period is specifically described on the gift voucher). Any extension to this expiry date will be at the discretion of iTandCoffee.

Shipping/Delivery Policy
Once you have completed payment for a product on the iTandCoffee website, you will receive an email confirming your order.
- For video orders, you will receive an email confirming your how to access your purchased video/s.
- For PDF versions of guides, you will receive some links to complete the download of the purchased guide/s.
- For purchased hard-copy guides for which postage is also paid, we will place your order within 24 hours, for fulfilment by out publisher (unless we currently have your ordered book in stock, in which case it will be shipped using Australia Post within 24 business hours). Delivery will be For books that are not currently in stock at iTandCoffee, our publisher usually delivers within 5-7 business days.
- For gift vouchers, you will receive your ordered voucher by email.
