Booking Confirmations

Please note that iTandCoffee uses a booking system called Acuity Scheduling.  Email confirmations and reminders will be generated by that system.  Please make sure you check your Junk mail if you don't see any email confirmation when you book.

Pricing (unless alternate pricing is specified)

2-hour online classes/sessions are normally priced at $40 per person.   
1-hour classes/sessions are normally priced at $30 per person

Refer to individual class pages for any discounts that may be applicable. For multi-class series, a $5 discount per class is applicable.

In most cases, this price includes electronic notes from the class/session. It may also include access to a video recording the the session for up to 1 month.

Classes are held online over Zoom.

Important:  Please note that classes generally require a minimum of 5 people for the class to proceed (and some classes require a higher minimum number).

We will refund any money paid for a cancelled/postponed session, or offer an alternative class series (if one is available).  Alternatively, we may offer the option of a private shared appointment with others who have registered.  The price of such an appointment will be advised based on the number of attendees.

Note.  Discounts may apply for larger groups and for multi-session bookings.  Talk to us about these discounts.  If we come to you, an extra charge may apply, depending on your location and the number of people attending - just ask us for a quote.

Session Payment:

We require for advance payment for our sessions, so that we can lock in your place at your chosen session. No refund is available for cancellation  If the session is recorded, you will still receive access to the session recording for up to a month.  (Note. Exceptions to this cancellation rule may apply in some circumstances - speak to us if you need to cancel).
