Classes

For classes held at iTandCoffee in Glen Iris (Vic), the cost per person is 

• $40* per person for one hour class 
• $60* per person for two hour class

Discounts apply for bookings of more than 1 class and for Class Packages (shown below).

All Class Attendees receive class notes, PLUS a FREE detailed user guide to match the class, PLUS access to an online video recording of the class.

Discounts may apply for larger groups (up to 12 for sessions at iTandCoffee).  Talk to us about these discounts, or refer to our Classes pages for further details. If we come to you, an extra charge will apply, depending on your location and the number of people attending - just ask us for a quote.

• At your location surcharge is added to the base rate of the first hour only - then the 'base' hour rate applies for the second and subsequent hours.  
• Minimum time charged for 'away' bookings is 30 mins.
• Part hours charged at $20 per 15 minute (or part thereof).

• Getting set up on an iPad, iPhone, Mac, Windows computer, Android smartphone or tablet or other device;
• Resolving problems on an iPad or iPhone
• Creating & connecting to a email account, or resolving issues with email;
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with device performance;  Setting up Wi-Fi, or a printer; 
• Understanding and using iCloud, and resolving problems sync'ing of data and photos;
• Connecting devices to 'the cloud' and using these services - Dropbox Microsoft's, Google's or Apples!
• Expert help with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Evernote, Onedrive and various other apps 
• Getting rid of Adware/Malware

Appointment Surcharges

Out-of-hours surcharge: A $40 surcharge on the first hour, then $20/hour after that applies to appointments after 6:30pm weekdays, and on weekends or public holidays​.  (This 'out-of-hours' surcharge is in addition other surcharges described below.)

Credit Card Surcharge:  A 2% surcharge applies for credit card transactions processed on the day of the appointment.  Payments by cash, EFT or online in advance avoid this surcharge.

Travel/in-home appointment surcharges:  As described above, a travel/in-home Surcharge applies on the first hour of in-home (or other location) appointments.  If you would like to confirm the surcharge applicable to your appointment, please discuss this with iTandCoffee when you book.
