The different 'Clock' features are shown along the bottom of the screen.
Tap the Alarm option (second from left) to view your existing alarms, to set new ones or remove those you don't need.
To set a new alarm sound, just change the Sound associated with an existing alarm, or add a new alarm with the required Sound.
This will cause all future alarms to use that same sound.
Changing an existing alarm
To change an existing alarm, tap Edit at top right to, tap on one of the listed alarm times, tap on Sound, and choose the new Alarm sound
The easiest way to add or remove an alarm is using Siri
Of course, you can also set new alarms using Siri.
Just say 'Set an alarm for 10am', and Siri will add an alarm for 10am either today or tomorrow (depending on whether it is before or after 10am) and set the Alarm sound to be that which you last set.
You can also say 'Set an Alarm for 6:30am each weekday'.
Then, to delete that alarm, say 'Delete my 6:30 alarm'. Or 'Delete all alarms' to get rid of all of them.
Does your iPad make a clicking sound as you type? Does it also make a different sound whenever you put it to sleep?
If you would rather not hear these sounds, you can choose to turn one or both off from your Settings.
Just go to Settings -> Sounds.
Scroll down to the last two options - Lock Sounds and Keyboard Clicks.
They are pretty self-explanatory - so turn off (slide the switch across to the left so it is no longer green) whichever sound you would rather not hear.
