The Downloads stack normally appears at the right-hand end of the Dock, allow you to view the files that have most recently been downloaded to your Mac.
But what do you do when this Stack disappears? How do you get it back?
I am a big user of the Notes app on the iPad and iPhone. This App has really improved over the last few iOS releases, and I now use it all the time for storing a range of Notes that I need to access regularly. (See this previous article about the great new features of the Notes app.)
Some of these Notes I access EVERY day, so need to be able to find them really quickly. I do this by Pinning the 'frequently used' and 'important' Notes to the top of my long, long list!

How well are your files organised on your Mac? Not very? Not at all?
We know that so many Mac users struggle to understand filing on a computer, not knowing where and how to find or store their files. Of course, this can be such a great cause of stress and frustration.
One of iTandCoffee's business clients (Corporate Driver Training Australia) runs driver training courses all around Australia. The presenters use Mac computers to run their Powerpoint presentations.
A second-hand Mac has been recently been purchased for one of the presenters - and this Mac now needs to be 'introduced' to the TV's and projectors at each training venue. This can sometimes prove tricky for the uninitiated - with the screen not showing the same content as the Mac, or not showing the Powerpoint presentation properly.
There are some key things to look at if your Mac's screen does not just magically appear on the second screen.
