But I wanted it to have the same formatting throughout. So how could I copy the formatting from one area of text to another?
On the Mac, this copying of formatting is achieved by
- Highlighting the text that has the correct formatting.
- Using the keyboard combination Command-Option-C, or choosing Format -> Copy Style from the Mail menu bar.
- Highlighting the text that has the wrong formatting
- Using the keyboard combination Command-Option-V, or choosing Format -> Paste Style from the Mail menu bar
